We’re excited to announce the next step in Doorstead’s California property management journey! We’ve been working towards this regional expansion throughout 2023 and are proud to share that we’ve formally launched Doorstead serviceability for hundreds of thousands of new homes in January 2024.

We are very excited to expand Doorstead coverage into new regions such as Sonoma, Napa, and Santa Cruz counties, where we have received many inquiries but have not been able to service them in the past. 

Below is a full list of our expanded operations. 

San Francisco Bay Area (North Bay): 

• Doorstead has added the full boundaries of Sonoma and Napa Counties to our coverage area, including the towns of Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Yountville, Napa, and St. Helena. Wine country, here we come. 
• Further expansion into all of Marin and Solano Counties as well. We had previously covered cities such as Vallejo and Sausalito, but now coverage expands into all of each respective county, adding new cities such as San Rafael and Vacaville. Beautiful countryside and great shopping at the outlets, we can’t wait. 

San Francisco Bay Area & Santa Cruz (South Bay):

• Extending our coverage to the south of San Jose into San Benito County, including cities like Hollister and San Juan Batista. We hope to see you at the annual garlic festival in Gilroy! 
• Very excited to provide our property management services to all of Santa Cruz County, including towns like Aptos, Capitola, and Scotts Valley. Surf’s up.  

San Diego:

• Doorstead will now cover the East Suburban and North County East regions of San Diego County.
• This includes the vibrant towns of La Mesa, Lakeview, and those in between. Dessert beauty awaits.
